Thai Cookery Lessons:

Each lesson will consist of an instruction/demonstration session followed by a practical session in which attendees will create at least two Thai dishes to take home for supper.

The course will be followed by an escorted shopping trip (lunch & transport included in course fee) to China Town in Manchester to stock up on ingredients, at a date to be arranged.

The cost of the course is to be £145.00 which will cover all ingredients, handouts and shopping trip to Manchester.

(Attendees will have to bring their own cooking utensils a list of which will be provided in advance)
