James & Amelia welcome you to this 1777 Inn built on the 12th Century site of a stead & drovers' alehouse.

A fantastic location overlooking the Vale of Clwyd & close to Offa's Dyke & the Clwydian Way.

PUB

Oak beams, log fires & a traditional feel. Real cask ales, mainly brewed by local small breweries. The 'Pigeons' is fondly remembered for serving ale in jugs directly from the cellar & this tradition has now been revived.

RESTAURANT

Refurbished with specially made furniture in oak & ash grown a couple of miles away. Freshly made food mainly from local farms & suppliers, catering for a variety of tastes.

CAMPING

The Three Pigeons is licensed for 10 touring caravans & can take 40-50 tents. There is running water on site & toilet & hot shower facilities at the pub. The site is being developed to provide hard stands & electric hook ups. This is a truly unspoilt & tranquil spot with stunning views.

Did You Know...?

...during renovation work on the Three Pigeons Inn, Graigfechan, in the 1960s, pigs' bones were discovered in the old walls. Research showed that they were traditionally placed into walls to ward off evil spirits. The bones were replaced very quickly and remain there to this day.
