Fron Haul is a charming & unusual house built in the late C19 by a wealthy surgeon. Large balconies offer superb views of this beautiful area of North Wales. A spacious lounge, conservatory & dining room all add to the appeal of this unique holiday venue. The three bedrooms are all centrally heated.
Offa's Dyke footpath runs through the Fron Haul farmland & luggage transfer with drop & collect service for walkers is provided if booked in advance.
Camping is available for walkers of Offa's Dyke, with a shower room on site.
Though Fron Haul is in a secluded position above the Vale of Clwyd it is only a ten minute drive from the A55 Expressway & within easy distance of Ruthin, Denbigh & Chester while the holiday resorts of Rhyl, Llandudno & Colwyn Bay are only a little further as is the Snowdonia National Park.
Approaching from Mold on the A541 towards Denbigh you pass through Rhydymwyn & Afonwen. About a mile further on you see on your right the entrance to Pentre Ucha Quarry - take the next turning on your right, turn left at the T junction then follow the signs to Fron Haul.
