Location...Situated off the A494 Mold to Ruthin Road, 3 miles from Ruthin.

From Mold direction head towards Ruthin. On passing the turnings for Llanarmon-yn-Ial you will come over the brow of a hill with Clwyd Gate Restaurant on the right. continue down the hill & look for the B&B sign on the left following 2 lay-bys. It is a steep left hand turn.

From Ruthin pass through Llanbedr D. C. village. On seeing the B&B sign follow the road round the large open right hand bend where you will see the right turn into the drive.
